Supervised Visitation Services is a monitored weekly site-based visitation, facilitated by a SGC Consultant between children or youth in out of home care and their biological parents, relatives or significant others, primarily a site- based service or within a community setting as deem approved by DCF and SGC.
Therapeutic Support Staff Services are intended to address the individualized needs of a child or youth with complex behavioral health needs that is at risk of entering a residential level of care or who is being discharged from residential treatment or a more acute level of care.
Temporary Care service provides a short term break or intervention for a child or youth when the caregiver is unavailable.
Support Staff Services are intended to address the individualized needs of a child or youth with challenging behavioral presentations. This service is provided for up to five hours per week for the client and includes a combination of structured and enrichment activities consistent with identifying treatment plan objectives.
Community Based Life Skills is set of skills learned by teaching or by direct experience through A community based services model focused on the development and enhancement of the participant’s knowledge of essential life skills to promote preparation for adulthood and self-sufficiency.
